The Building Regulations is a set of building code standards which encompasses structure,
fire safety, sound and thermal insulation, ventilation, drainage, flues, access for the disabled, staircases and glazing.
STAGE 1 - FULL PLANS APPROVAL
The Building Control department will approve the plans submitted to ensure that they comply with the regulations. This is known as Full Plans approval and this is what we will obtain on your behalf.
STAGE 2 - ONSITE INSPECTIONS
The Building Control department will inspect the works at various stages of the construction process and issue a Compliance Certificate upon completion.
