Planning Permission

Planning permission is usually required for most developments. However, smaller extensions and certain loft conversions may be allowed under your permitted development rights. We will be able to advise you of the appropriate planning process during our initial consultation.

There are also other permissions that may be required, including

 Listed Building Consent

 Conservation Area Approval

 Tree Preservation Orders

Once approved you could have up to three years to start the building works otherwise re-submission will be required.
