Architectural Design Services

How does it work?

The architectural design stage is where we lay the foundations of your project. Following our initial meeting, we’ll review your requirements and then present you with our proposals. You may need to make some additional decisions depending on the findings. You’ll also receive supplementary drawings to clarify the vision for your project. Depending on your project will depend if one or all of our architectural services below are required.

A friendly Member of our team will meet you on site to discuss your visions and objectives for your project and complete a detailed survey.

These will include existing drawings of your property and proposed ideas to help you achieve your aims and goals of the project.

Once the design has been finalised, we will then advise you on whether you require a full planning application, a pre-planning application or if your project can be completed under permitted development. Both full and pre applications need to be submitted to your local council for approval, we work closely with the council to abide with planning law and achieve your goals.

Permitted development rights are a national grant of planning permission which allow certain building works and changes of use to be carried out without having to make a planning application. Not all properties have permitted development rights and they only cover certain amounts of work, we can advise whether your project can be completed using these rights during the initial meeting.
